Weren’t sure what to expect since this was the first time we had used a cleaning service. When I arrived home after our cleaners left, my house was spotless! My husband just kept going from room to room talking about the perfect lines in the carpet, shine on our faucet and kitchen sink and clean hardwood floors (to name a few). All of their ckeaning.staff are professional, courteous and do an excellent job cleaning our home each and every time they visit.My family is especially blessed to have Jessica in our lives. She is a ray of sunshine. We look forward to her visits not only for the fine job she does in ckeaning our home; but seeing first hand what a dedicated and compassionate person she is to all who know her especially in her role as a devoted mother. She is thorough in her work and never needs to be reminded of tasks to be done. Our house is spotless when she leaves -looks like a home you would find in the Madison Parade of Homes.Also, I especially appreciate how accommodating the administrative staff was when we were dealing with a family emergency and needed to make a change in our regular schedule. We recently had our first time cleaning done (with a few add ons) and are extremely happy that we did. There aren't enough ways to say how great of a job Aide did. There are even spots that we had given up on trying to remove that are now gone. We are definitely planning to continue using this service and highly recommend it to anyone interested.

We’ve worked with other cleaning services in the past who rushed through everything seemingly to get through all the homes they had to clean that day. We have been customers since I went on bedrest with my son over 12 years ago ❤️ And the love and care we received has carried on over the past 12 years that I feel this company is more like family. Araceli has been our technician for a few years now and I LOVE her so much.... she cares for my home better than I could ever imagine. Prior to Covid we were an extremely active family and on the run so much. I loved loved the days I knew she was coming as it gave me such a sense of relief and joy that I could just relax as my home was clean. Since Covid I'm home and cleaning, however seeing Araceli every 3 weeks, has just made life seem a bit more back to normal. I could never imagine my home without her a part of it. Thank You Vera and your team for almost 13 years impeccable service. when I have had concerns your team corrected them immediately without question and I felt the love and care as if it were their own homes. I've been using Pimavera for about a year, but until I was working from home I didn't realize just how good a job they did: I have a collectors item helmet with DVD racks exposed in the back, and she dusted each shelf individually. This with extra work due to disinfection! 5 stars for CH!

I had a complete, first-time clean last week from Primavera and was so impressed and highly satisfied by the immaculate results, top to bottom. Ines came in and set to work immediately, not even wanting to chat. I was also impressed that Krisia, the owner, came over and looked at the house and gave me a written estimate so that I knew ahead of time what would be charged. There was even $30 off the first time clean! And like other reviews, I agree the customer service is phenomenal and Laura was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. I also had questions beforehand, and she thoroughly answered them. I high recommend Primavera Cleaning Service and will use them in the future!

We needed to have a deep cleaning. Life had gotten in the way and while we were able to keep ahead of the worst of the dust and pup hair, we needed help. The young lady who showed up - showed up to work and did a _fantastic_ job. She had absolutely no problems with being followed around ('supervised') by a very large lab as she worked either. We will definitely use the service again. We are hoping we will get lucky and get the same young lady.
